SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on most orders $149.99 and Complimentary Standard LTL Shipping for Battery Orders within the continental US. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, shipping fees will apply. Please reach out to us for a quote.
 
We generally ship most orders within 24 hours or 1 business day, and most orders ship out of Kansas, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania to quickly process and ship your order.
 
  • Standard shipping for regular items generally takes 3-5 business days, this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Canada, and Australia. LTL orders take 5-7 business days.
  • Express shipping takes 2-3 business days, but do note this option is only available to select states.
  • Battery orders generally ship within 2-3 weeks and typically deliver within 5-7 days(LTL). We do not allow express shipping for battery orders.

COMPLIMENTARY LTL SHIPPING FOR BATTERIES

The Complimentary Standard LTL Shipping we offer for Battery Orders only covers regular LTL shipping, meaning that no additional service or handling is required for delivery. If your location is remote, has limited shipping access, or needs special handling—like a lift gate or inside delivery— extra costs may arise due to the added effort and resources required. In these cases, our shipping team will contact you to arrange a custom fee and collect additional payment based on your specific address.
 
All customers who place orders for batteries will receive a follow up email to provide additional information regarding the delivery requirements. This information will be required before we can proceed with processing any battery order. Any changes or missed information to the original provided information will incur additional customer charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION or MODIFICATION

All orders are pushed to our warehouses for shipping within minutes of the order being placed. We will do our best to assist customers with order change or cancellation requests, but we will not be able to guarantee it.
 
We highly recommend reviewing all orders prior to placing it to make sure that the product(s), quantity, and order details are correct. Golf Cart Garage will not be responsible for providing prepaid return labels for wrong item(s) ordered, nor replacements for orders shipped to the wrong address.

BILLING ISSUES

If you notice multiple charges on your credit card statement after ordering, don’t worry—it’s temporary. You won’t be billed twice for the same order. This can happen due to bank or credit card processing, which we can’t control. Typically, extra charges disappear within 3-4 business days, leaving only the correct amount. If duplicate charges linger beyond 4 business days, please reach out to our billing team via the link below, and we’ll work with the credit card company to fix it.
