1. Eligibility and Scope
1. These Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions (“Promotions”) apply strictly to the specified categories of products or services listed on our website.
2.  Early Access promotions will be available to customers subscribed to our mailing list beginning November 18, 2024.
3. By participating in the Promotions, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Early Access Offers are applicable only to eligible categories.
2. Black Friday Offers are applicable only to eligible categories.
3. Our site-wide discount for Cyber Monday applies to all eligible products, except all batteries and Garage Sale items. A separate promo code is available for Crown Battery sets, and prices have already been adjusted for the 20% discount on all EcoBattery products.
4. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions except for our free shipping offer.

3. Duration
1. Early Access Promotions will be valid from November 18 to November 26, 2024, until 11:59 PM Eastern.
2. The Black Friday Promotions will be valid from November 27 to December 1st, 2024, until 11:59 PM Eastern.
3. The Cyber Monday Promotion will be valid December 2, 2024, until 11:59PM Eastern.
4. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Promotions at any time without prior notice.
4.  Exclusions
1. The following items are excluded from BFCM discounts: Garage Sale Items, all battery brands, except Crown Batteries.
2. Any other exclusions will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Pricing and Availability
1. All discounted prices are subject to availability.
2. We do not guarantee that all products or services will be available throughout the Promotions period.
6. Returns and Refunds
1. Standard return and refund policies apply to Black Friday and Cyber Monday purchases.
2. Refunds will be processed based on the discounted price paid by the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
1. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Promotions.
