• The Best Price Guarantee (price matching) is valid on the cost of the individual item(s). Price matching does not include taxes, shipping & handling, and any other duties or related fees
• Price match must be requested before purchasing
• The product you're price matching must be the exact same product including the year, color, size, etc. 
• The competitor website must be an authorized active/valid dealer located in the United States
• The competitors website must list all rates in US Dollars. This includes shipping & handling, item list prices, taxes, fees, etc.

 Exclusions (included but not limited to):

• Price matching will void/exclude you from using any other additional offer codes or added discounts on the order
• Ebay, Amazon, Mercari, Rakuten, AliExpress, Walmart and any other discount e-commerce sites will not be considered for our price match guarantee
• Competitor coupons/coupon codes
• Clearance, closeouts, backorders and discontinued parts (this includes "scratch & dent" or blemished items)
• Verbal discounts 
• Product pricing that falls below our MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) protection policy set forth by each individual vendor & manufacturer
• We reserve the right to refuse any price match at our sole discretion
